Different Levels of Service for Voice

International Voice Termination uses dynamic routing based on cost and quality. The specific criteria are defined for different service classes:

BELLETEL Economy is our more price aggressive product. It is an product covering lower cost non CLI routes.

BELLETEL Business Standard  product is usually best with price to quality ratio route. In case you don’t need just cheapest like Economy route this can be used on our stable and direct routes covers like TDM quality on mobiles but CLI not guaranteed.

BELLETEL Premium is QoS based routing between Tier 1 carriers. This product is targeted mostly at end retail and calling card needed best possible ACD and ASR and Mobile Operators and MVNO's requiring our best possible quality and supports full CLI, roaming and TDM fax support .

We can react quickly to changing costs, quality and market conditions, because finding an optimal route per customer affects only that customer.
